DIY Fenugreek Hair Mask: For Dull and Rough Hair

Hello Beauties!! Welcome to BEAUTYINSOUL!! I am recently quite unhappy with my hair care routine because I have been not oiling them properly for so long. As a result they also become unhappy with me which results in dry, dull, rough, and frizzy hair. So I planned to nourish my hairs with this fenugreek mask.


Fenugreek is a great ingredient for beautiful hair. It treats hairfall, dandruff, dullness and so many good things. You can make a paste using fenugreek seeds  at home or you can get fenugreek powder from market. I am using fenugreek powder from Banjaras  because it is very convenient and easily available. 

For the hair mask, you will need following ingredients :

1. Fenugreek Paste/Powder
2. Egg
3. Curd
4. Lemon Juice

Method to Prepare:

First Empty the sachet of fenugreek powder in a bowl.

Then add the egg white as well as the yolk also into it.

Then add the curd into it and squeeze the lemon juice and add lukewarm water and mix it well.

Make sure that there should be no lumps in the paste. The final mixture should look like this.

Apply this paste on your scalp as well as hair strands. Keep it for half an hour and after that wash your hair with shampoo following with conditioner. You will feel a great difference after first use only. You can apply this mask once in a week.

June2016 FabBag Review : I WAKEUP FOR MAKEUP

Hello beauties!! Welcome to BeautyInSoul!!! From my previous review about fabbags, you must be knowing about it already. For my new readers, I will link those posts at the end of this post.

I am in love with this month fab bag. The bag itself is so cute and it says I WAKEUP FOR MAKEUP which truly describe me as well as all makeup lovers.

And goodies inside are sooo good this time.. These all were on my shopping list somewhere.





The first thing which caught my eye is a makeup revolution concealer. And guess it is matching to my complexion to dot. It retails for Rs.650 . It is a full size product.

The second thing is also a full size product. Its a body scrub from a brand called SKIN YOGA. It retails for 850 INR. And I am looking forward to use it as soon as possible.

The third thing I got is a eyeliner. I chose it from the couple of options fab bag has given me.It is also a full size product. Its from a brand called BOMBSHELL. This eyeliner is in the shade So fancy which is a metallic silver shade and It retails for Rs.1000

I love this shade. Really looking forward to use it.

The fourth and the last product which I got is a sample size product. It's a shea butter with which I am going to do so many DIYs.

Beauty Hacks Using Baby Powder

Hola Beauties!!!! Welcome to BeautyInSoul..!! As a makeup lover, we all want a multi purpose product which fits to our pocket easily as well. And one of these product is BABY POWDER. Yes!! It can do a lot more rather than just a powder for babies. :-) :-)

I use Johnson Baby Powder. Its always a must in my vanity. I love its texture & fragrance as well as it is easily available in different size.

Check these baby powder beauty hacks for your daily makeup and hair routine ..........

    

  1. As a Dry Shampoo:We all need dry shampoo on a bad hair day when our hair feels greasy. But doesn't they are too expensive. Yes this baby is a complete solution for the need of a dry shampoo.  

    

Just spread some baby powder on your scalp and massage lightly on your scalp and you are ready to go.

       2.As a Eye Shadow Base: We all break our hand while doing our eye makeup. Adding a base to eye makeup can make it long lasting and we all want that. This baby which itself is a baby powder can be used as an eye shadow base.

       3.For Faux Looking Eye Lashes: Using baby powder between applying mascara coats will give you a fuller eyelashes. Just apply one coat of baby powder in between applying the second coat of mascara.

     4.For a Long Lasting Lipstick:  Who don't wants to keep her lipstick on place for a long time. Just dab a little amount of baby powder after the first coat of your lipstick and apply second coat after that. And hola!!! Your lipstick is ready to last long.

5.For Wide Eyes: Just dab a tiny miny amount of the baby powder to the inner corner

of your eyes and get a wide eye effect. 

   6.As a Eye Brow Fixer:  Just sprinkle baby powder on an eye brow brush and use it on

your eyebrow to plump up each hair of your eye brow.

  7. As a Sweat Absorber:  Use a little amount of baby powder into your shoe and get rid

of bad smell from your feet when you take off your shoe. 

8.As an Anti Acne Mask: Make a paste of baby powder and water. Apply this paste on all acne and let it dry for some time and wash it off with cold water. It sooths your

skin and also help in drying your acne.

9.For A Shine Free Look: Mix baby powder with your setting powder if you want a shine free look.

10. As a Face Primer : If you are a make up lover like me then you will never forget to include a primer in your makeup regimen. You can use baby powder as a primer also. Just apply a little amount of baby powder before applying makeup and your makeup will last for long.
